So I made the Hungry Girl Asian Lettuce wraps last night. The picture is what they look like and it's taken from the website. I love them! They were so yummy and surprisingly filling! Jimmy actually really liked them. He said they reminded him of the wraps at Camille's (this place in Indy we used to go to). He actually had his in a whole wheat tortilla, and I had mine in the lettuce! Ryan--he had mac and cheese! I highly recommend the recipe. So I have moved on to Level 2 of The 30 day Shred. I was thinking that Level 1 was hard, but not hard enough. Well Level 2....is hard! I felt like a wimp last night I didn't want to do all these "plank" positions and I kept whining! I"m like, NO, Jillian I don't want to and she of course said, "don't give up, you can do it, you wanted a 20 min work out and so you have to work!" blah blah blah..whatever Jillian! But I did, nearly killing myself in the process. I actually feel really good today, so I know that my body is liking it! Plus after working out I always get sooo tired that I sleep really good and really soundly. The last week since I've been working out I have slept really good! I guess there is something to this whole exercise thing!
