Ok...about that "before" picture I said I would post...well I haven't taken it yet. I'm trying to figure out what to wear in my before so it's noticeable that I lost weight in my "after' a sports bra and shorts are NOT an option, I don't want a picture like that of me ANYWHERE on the Internet!
So a t-shirt and work out pants? A tank-top and work out pants? What do you think would be most effective at truly showing a difference?
